Exhibits
Displays are welcome at SOLM17. The top three sponsorship levels include free display space: a skirted table, chairs, and power (if requested). For organizations that would prefer to exhibit only, the rate is $750. A special $200 rate for nonprofit exhibitors is also available.
The exhibits will be set up all week in the Hyatt's West Rotunda Atrium, which is the main concourse between all the SOLM meeting rooms. Exhibitors are encouraged to set up 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Displays should be removed by noon on Friday, Nov. 10. Additional instructions for exhibitors will be distributed two weeks prior to the conference.
